Students Grades 3-6 Invited to Education Day of OneThing Expo: Home of a Million OneThings Teachers and students grades 3 through 6 are invited to take a magical journey into the world of energy conservation by attending Education Day of the OneThing Expo: Home of a Million OneThings on Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Connecticut Convention Center, Hartford. Education DayMore than 1,000 teachers and students in grades 3 through 6 will engage in numerous learning opportunities, guided tours and performances to inspire imaginations, expand minds and motivate students to take a greater interest in important energy topics - by showing how each and every one of them plays a role in a cleaner, greener future. The event is being designed by professionals from the Connecticut Science Center, Stepping Stones Museum for Children, Norwalk, and dozens of educational and non-profit organizations across the state, including the State of Connecticut, Department of Education. Education Day will be a fun, imaginative experience that inspires and motivates students to learn about the many OneThings they can do to save energy. How to Register:
